The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is one of Pakistan’s largest privately operated networks of low-cost formal schools. The organization runs 1,833 school units, providing education to 280,000 students through more than 13,000 teachers and principals, and a dedicated workforce of over 17,400 employees.

The Indus Hospital & Health Care Network
The Indus Hospital & Health Care Network (IHHN) provides free, high-quality healthcare to millions of deserving patients across Pakistan. What began as a single hospital in Karachi in 2007 has now expanded into a nationwide network of tertiary and secondary care hospitals, physical rehabilitation centers, regional blood centers, community health facilities, and public health programs.
Niloinc has committed to ongoing support for IHHN’s mission—helping deliver world-class healthcare, free of cost, to underprivileged communities throughout Pakistan.
